The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the production, coordination, and management of BIM models and technical drawings across live projects.

Key duties:

Produce and develop coordinated 3D BIM models for mechanical and electrical building services

Create detailed technical drawings and layouts using Revit and AutoCAD

Support project teams with BIM coordination and clash detection processes

Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate model delivery

Track progress, manage revisions, and maintain BIM records.

Spot installation risks and propose workable fixes

ESSENTIAL

• 5+ years in MEP/BIM coordination within building services.

• Solid grasp of MEP installations.

• Track record on large-scale commercial, healthcare, industrial, pharma, or data centre projects.

• Skilled in BIM processes.

• Strong communicator with stakeholder handling.

• Able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Proactive problem-solver.
