About You Proactive with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively Personable with strong communication skills, both written and verbal Industry experience of at least 2 years in construction or civil engineering roles HND, HNC, or Degree in a relevant field IT literate with competent use of CAD and familiarity with CRM systems Self-motivated team player with a positive, customer-centric approach Knowledge of office procedures and adaptability to new systems What you'll do Read and interpret technical drawings, quantify materials, and prepare outline quotes Generate technical proposals, construction drawings, and bespoke details, including BIM Support the sales team by responding to enquiries and preparing quotations Use design software to undertake engineering designs in alignment with ISO
