• Proactive with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
• Personable with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Industry experience of at least 2 years in construction or civil engineering roles
• HND, HNC, or Degree in a relevant field
• IT literate with competent use of CAD and familiarity with CRM systems
• Self-motivated team player with a positive, customer-centric approach
• Knowledge of office procedures and adaptability to new systems

• Read and interpret technical drawings, quantify materials, and prepare outline quotes
• Generate technical proposals, construction drawings, and bespoke details, including BIM
• Support the sales team by responding to enquiries and preparing quotations
• Use design software to undertake engineering designs in alignment with ISO
  9001 standards
• Maintain and develop customer relationships, promoting company products and solutions
• Provide technical support to construction teams and assist with site visits and presentations
• Contribute to creating technical tools and materials to support business growth
• Collaborate closely with regional engineers and managers to promote continuous improvement
