THIS ON-SITE INTERNSHIP INCLUDES YOUR WORK PERMIT! This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to apply their knowledge within a fast-paced engineering environment and contribute to operational excellence and innovation. Mentored throughout, you will gain hands-on experience in project management, manufacturing processes, supplier engagement, and polymer and manufacturing research, alongside continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, sustainability, waste reduction and operational performance.

By the end of the internship, you will have developed demonstrable practical engineering, project management, research and problem-solving skills. This is a valuable opportunity to strengthen your CV, enhance your employability and build a strong foundation for your future career. Practical, hands-on engineering experience, a good understanding of manufacturing and workshop practices, or relevant technical training alongside your degree will be an advantage.

You are eligible for an ESPA internship if you are a registered student or have graduated within the past two years.
