Position: Head of Commercial (Slot Games)

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Commercial to drive the B2B growth of our slot games portfolio. In this role, you will not only lead operator partnerships and revenue growth but also build and structure our Product, Marketing, and Development teams from the ground up. You will play a key role in defining commercial strategy, creating operational processes, and shaping the future of our studio.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B commercial strategy aligned with company goals and long-term growth.
  • Team Building: Establish and lead the Product, Marketing, and Development teams. Define roles, responsibilities, workflows, and KPIs to ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration.
  • Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with casino operators, aggregators, and distribution platforms worldwide.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead licensing deals, revenue share agreements, and partnership contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and player behavior to identify new opportunities and optimize revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee the integration of product development, marketing campaigns, and operational execution to ensure cohesive and commercially successful game releases.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs across commercial activities and team performance, using insights to refine strategy and drive growth.
  • Market & Regulatory Awareness: Ensure all commercial activities comply with licensing requirements and relevant market regulations.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in commercial, business development, or B2B sales roles in iGaming, preferably with slot games.
  • Leadership & Team Building: Proven experience building and managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent.
  • B2B Expertise: Strong network with casino operators, aggregators, and platform providers. Demonstrated success in partnership management and deal negotiation.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of global iGaming markets, regulatory environments, and industry trends.
  • Strategic & Analytical

    Skills:

    Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for iGaming: Strong interest in casino and slot games, with understanding of commercial and operational aspects.
  • Preferred: Experience in launching products internationally or managing multiple operational functions is a plus.
