Salary: £32,000 - £37,500

Our client are an established company experiencing steady growth, they are seeking a diligent Accounts Assistant to keep the finance function of the business running smoothly.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Record daily financial transactions and perform bank/ledger reconciliations
• Manage payroll end-to-end for a small team
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries
• Maintain accurate records and support adherence to financial policies and procedures
• Support the management team with admin and data tasks

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a hands‑on accounts role
• Payroll experience
• Proficiency with Xero (or similar accounting software)
• Fluent in Microsoft Word & Excel; strong general IT skills
• Clear communicator with excellent organisation, accuracy, and discretion
