Overview
We’re recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial
insight and support to fundraising and programme teams. This role plays a key part
in driving income growth and ensuring strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with fundraising teams to deliver financial analysis and support.
– Prepare accurate budgets and donor reports.
– Monitor programme budgets and manage financial risks.
– Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
– Improve financial systems, controls, and reporting accuracy.
– Support stakeholder understanding through financial training.

Essential Requirements
– Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or finalist with 5+ years’ relevant experience.
– Strong communication and business partnering skills.
– Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
– Comfortable translating financial data for non-financial audiences.
– A collaborative, adaptable team player.
