Trade Support Analyst

Role

We are seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join our growing Trade Support team and deliver a high quality service to our customers. The Trade Support Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our customers’ trading systems and platforms and a shift rotation basis.

• Partner with our customers and their internal teams in providing a high-quality service
• Monitor and maintain customer trading systems and platforms
• Monitor exposures according to established rules and guidelines and coordinate with Risk Management on hedging
• Work closely with customer’s risk and compliance teams to maintain a structured risk-controlled trading environment, and ensure trading systems are fully operational, handling related issues in a timely fashion
• Verify markets swings and associated P&L, prior to release of client funds
• Ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory and risk frameworks
• Keep abreast of market and economic developments
• Complete any ad-hoc projects as instructed from time to time.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferable
• Good proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-oriented with a strong willingness to achieve results
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications
• Strong ability to learn and navigate new systems/ platforms quickly and efficiently
