Payroll Specialist Description We are hiring for our client, an established and growing organisation based in County Antrim, who are seeking to appoint a Payroll Specialist on an initial 12-18 month contract, with strong potential for permanency. The Role:

* End-to-end processing of payroll on a weekly/monthly basis
* Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation and HMRC regulations
* Managing starters, leavers, statutory payments and pension contributions
* Processing benefits, deductions and salary adjustments accurately
* Reconciling payroll reports and resolving any discrepancies
* Acting as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries
* Supporting year-end processes including P60s and reporting requirements
* Assisting with continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes

The Person :
* Proven experience working as a Payroll Specialist or within a payroll-focused role
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements
* High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
* Strong communication skills and a professional, confidential approach
* Experience working within a busy finance function is desirable The Reward:
