Senior Financial Accountant Our client a leading employer within engineering and manufacturing are currently looking to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team. This is a senior role reporting directly to the Head of Finance supporting company growth. The role Prepare and produce monthly management accounts for the group Prepare monthly financial information for senior management reporting Influence financial decisions at key points in the month end timeline Review current accounting processes and implement improvements Train and mentor junior members of the finance team and help them develop their knowledge and skills Monitor cashflow and optimizing working capital Monthly and weekly reporting duties Any other ad hoc duties within the finance team
