Credit Controller

Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new opportunity to advance and progress? VANRATH are partnered with a leading company in their field who are in search of a Credit Controller to join their growing finance team. As the Credit Controller you will join the team based in Lisburn.

As the new Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio within the group.

• Maintain the debt ledger across one or more operating entities
• Ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms
• Process customer payments accurately
• Proactively resolve price mismatches, quantity disputes, and promotional invoice queries
• Communicate with customers to ensure prompt payments and resolve any queries
• Collaborate with the sales team on overdue accounts
• Raise credit notes with authorisation and maintain detailed account notes for reporting
• Provide cover for colleagues as needed
• Assist the management team with ad hoc requests

• At least 2 years credit control experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with team members and senior stakeholders
• Adaptable and flexible to meet with demands
