As a property professional, you will also provide professional advice to the Council as a whole, which includes supporting the County Councils ambitious Capital Disposal Strategy and Land Development Programme/
Working closely with the Property Strategy & Information Manager, you will be supported by the in-house Estates Practice technical team to pro-actively support delivery of the Council's Corporate Property Strategy, Property Asset Management Plan and Service Asset Management Plans.
