Work calmly and confidently in a service that may involve incidents of behaviours that challenge Follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to keep everyone safe Provide practical care with warmth, kindness, and dignity Work independently or as part of a team Build strong, respectful relationships with the people we support You don't need previous experience, just the right values and a commitment to making a difference.
