Support Worker – Waking Night, Lisburn Area

Salary: £12.70

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time

Job Location: N. Ireland – Maghaberry Village

Closing Date: 28th February 2026

We are seeking a Full‑Time Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting them in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities. This role is subject to an enhanced Access NI check.

Responsibilities
  • Support staff and individuals during the Waking Night shift (8.30 pm – 8 am) to maintain safety and well‑being.
  • Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
  • Encourage participation in work, education and leisure programmes.
  • Monitor and report any changes in condition or behaviour.
  • Work flexibly on a rota basis, including unsocial hours and weekends.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience working with people with autism or similar needs (preferred).
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle for at least one year.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
