A Local Authority in the East Midlands is seeking a Senior Environmental Health Officer (EHO) to focus primarily on Food Safety and Hygiene. This initial 3-month contract may extend further. The successful candidate will have up-to-date competencies and will be expected to mentor junior team members. There are no direct management responsibilities, making this an excellent opportunity to support the development of less experienced staff while ensuring high standards in food safety.
