HR Officer (Part-Time)
Salary: Circa £26,000 £ 28,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time hours), depending on experience
Hours: 20 hours per week, fully site-based
Working Pattern: Monday Friday, 4-hour shifts
The Role
Join the HR team of a successful Lisburn-based manufacturer, providing generalist HR support across the business.
Duties include:
- HR administration and generalist support
- Support across the employee lifecycle
- Routine HR guidance in line with NI employment law and company policies
- Maintain accurate HR records and support day-to-day HR activity
What were looking for:
- 2+ years relevant experience
- CIPD Level 5, or working towards
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT skills
