What You’ll Be Working On:
️ Managing and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime
️ Monitoring system performance, performing regular backups, and ensuring disaster recovery readiness
️ Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.) and hardware
️ Managing system security, applying patches, and handling firewalls and antivirus solutions
️ Supporting users with IT issues, system access, and other related technical problems
️ Automating system tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Power Shell)
️ Documenting system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes
️ Collaborating with the IT team to improve processes and implement system upgrades
️ Ensuring compliance with IT policies, security standards, and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For:

️ Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role
️ Strong knowledge of server and network management (Windows, Linux, macOS)

️ Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
️ Familiarity with system monitoring and automation tools (e.g., Nagios, Ansible, Puppet)
️ Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
️ Solid understanding of system security, backup solutions, and disaster recovery
️ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
️ Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator) are a plus
️ A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
