Rev Qore is a fast-growing, boutique Revenue Operations and Rev Tech consultancy. We partner with ambitious B2B companies to design, build and optimise revenue engines across Salesforce and the wider Rev Ops stack.
We’re a small, highly collaborative team, growing quickly, and we care deeply about doing great work for our clients while keeping things human, flexible and pragmatic. We operate a work-from-anywhere policy, but for this role we’re specifically looking for someone based in the UK who can confidently lead client projects.
The RoleWe’re looking for a senior Salesforce Admin / Consultant to join our Salesforce team and play a key role in delivering client projects end-to-end.
This is a client-facing role
. You’ll be trusted to run Salesforce-led projects, shape solutions, and act as a senior point of contact for our customers. You’ll work closely with Rev Ops consultants, developers and clients to translate business problems into scalable Salesforce solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing- Leading Salesforce projects from discovery through to delivery
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them design effective Salesforce solutions aligned to their GTM strategy
- Owning requirements gathering, solution design and high-level architecture
- Configuring Salesforce (primarily Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) to support Rev Ops processes
- Managing stakeholders and clearly articulating problem statements, options and trade-offs
- Supporting best practices around data, security, automation and scalability
- Contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture at Rev Qore
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Consultant
- Proven track record of running Salesforce projects in a client-facing environment
- A strong understanding of what good Salesforce architecture looks like
, and how Salesforce should fit into a wider Rev Ops and go-to-market tech stack - Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions that balance business needs with technical best practice
- Solutions-oriented mindset – you think in terms of outcomes, not just features
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with senior client stakeholders
- A genuine passion for Revenue Operations and improving how revenue teams operate
- Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment
- CPQ experience (Salesforce CPQ or equivalent)
- Exposure to Rev Ops tooling beyond Salesforce (e.g. Hub Spot, marketing automation, BI tools)
- This is a full-time role
- We are only accepting applicants who are based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK
- Remote, with occasional client or team meet-ups
