We're looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our Internal Infrastructure & Tooling team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the platforms and tooling that our engineering teams rely on every day.

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and on premises hardware, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines, enabling engineering teams to develop their products with confidence.
• Manage and harden Linux-based systems across our internal estate.
• Develop internal tooling and automation to improve developer experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with security stakeholders to embed best practices into infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Contribute to incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Mentor other engineers and lead by example for infrastructure standards across the organization.

Essential:

• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, networking, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Several years of experience in a Dev Ops, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
• A solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and modern deployment practices.

Desirable:

• Experience writing and managing Terraform modules and state at scale.
• Comfortable scripting and building tooling in Python.
• Experience designing and maintaining pipelines in Git Lab CI/CD.
• Familiarity with infrastructure security practices such as secrets management, vulnerability scanning.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker).
• Familiarity with observability tooling (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
