Coventry Area (Hybrid) Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 DOE We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, well-established business looking to add a talented Digital Marketing Exec/ Paid Search Executive to their marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid Google Ads experience who wants to join a collaborative environment and continue developing their digital marketing career. You'll take ownership of paid search campaigns, driving performance through optimisation, analysis and strategic improvements while working alongside a wider marketing team.

The Role Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns. Monitor budgets, bids and campaign performance to maximise ROI. Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy and carry out A/B testing. Analyse campaign performance using GA4 and provide actionable insights. Produce regular performance reports and recommendations. Support wider digital marketing activity where required. About You Commercial experience managing Google Ads campaigns is essential.

Strong understanding of PPC best practices and campaign optimisation. Experience using Google Analytics (GA4). Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Confident managing multiple campaigns and priorities. Strong communication and organisational skills. Desirable Agency experience. Microsoft Ads experience. Google Ads certifications.
