CRM & BI Analyst An established organisation within its sector, this company is entering an exciting period of investment and transformation across its data, systems and technology infrastructure. They are currently seeking an experienced CRM & BI Analyst to join their growing Data & Systems function in Belfast and play a key role in improving how the business uses data and reporting.

The wider Data & Systems function will support initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365, finance and ERP systems, operational systems, contract management, reporting, integration and automation. This is an opportunity to join a growing function and contribute to how data is managed, reported and used across the organisation. About you You'll ideally have 2-4 years' experience within a CRM, BI, Power BI, Data or Reporting Analyst position.

You'll have experience with:
Power BI and developing interactive dashboards and reports Power Query and DAX Data modelling and reporting datasets SQL and relational databases Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another CRM platform Data visualisation and presenting information clearly Data quality, validation and reconciliation Gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders Translating business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions

Experience with Microsoft Azure, Fabric or other modern Microsoft data technologies would be advantageous. You'll be a strong communicator who enjoys understanding the business problem behind the data and working with stakeholders to develop practical solutions. What you'll do Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualisations Support the day-to-day management and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Work with stakeholders to understand their CRM, reporting and data requirements Build and maintain data models and reporting datasets Use Power Query and DAX to transform and analyse data Work with data from CRM, finance, operational and other business systems Help improve data quality, consistency and accuracy Identify opportunities to improve reporting and data processes Support the development of consistent business metrics and definitions Work alongside the wider Data & Systems team on data and systems initiatives Help stakeholders understand and make better use of their data Contribute to creating a more joined-up and trusted view of business information.
