Solicitor​/Paralegal – Probate & Conveyancing

Overview

Our client is a well-established and progressive law firm based in Lisburn, currently seeking a capable and motivated Paralegal or Solicitor to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive practice with a strong focus on Private Client and Conveyancing work, offering long-term career development for the right individual.

The successful candidate will work across a varied caseload including Probate, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA) and Residential Conveyancing, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

• Managing and assisting with a caseload of Probate and Estate Administration matters
• Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning
• Preparing and processing Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA)
• Handling Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, financial institutions and other third parties
• Drafting legal documentation and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
• Providing high-quality client care and maintaining professional standards throughout

• Experience working in Private Client matters (Probate, Wills, EPA)
• Conveyancing experience is highly desirable
• Suitable for an experienced Paralegal or a Qualified Solicitor
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• A proactive, professional and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a busy practice
