M Large is based in Newtownabbey and have been in business for 56 years. Selling and maintaining a wide range of plant and machinery is a major part of our business. We also have our own extensive fleet of vans, trucks and heavy equipment maintained in our own workshop. We require an experienced Plant fitter/Engineer to join our team maintaining a range of commercial, agricultural, forestry and construction equipment.
You would be expected to have a good all round knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. Experience would be more important than formal qualifications. A driving licence is required. HGV an advantage. Additional skills like welding or fabricating is a distinct advantage. Wages £20 per hr negotiable depending upon experience with opportunity to earn £45,000 per annum. 40 hr week Mon to Fri with some overtime, based at our Newtownabbey depot, 74 Church Road - BT36 7LN
