Due to continued growth within a well-established logistics and distribution operation based in Lisburn, we are supporting the appointment of an experienced Operations Manager. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for site performance, people, compliance and continuous improvement.

The successful individual will take ownership of site logistics operations, facilities and services, ensuring all activity is carried out safely, efficiently and in line with company and statutory requirements. This role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to drive positive change across a large, multi-function operation.

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the site
• Leadership, development and engagement of a large operational team
• Oversight of health & safety compliance, training and audits
• Management of performance metrics, productivity and cost control
• Delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations
• Responsibility for site facilities, plant, equipment and security
• Delivery of site projects on time and to standard
• Liaison with internal stakeholders and external bodies

• Proven experience in a Site Operations, Logistics or Distribution Management role
• Strong leadership capability with high emotional intelligence
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety and operational compliance
• Experience using ERP and WMS systems
• A process-driven, continuous improvement mindset
• Confidence leading change in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative and people-focused leadership style
