18-month Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover

Full time: 35 hours per week

Home based in England, Scotland or Wales with occasional national travel

Are you a strategic, creative, and data‑driven marketing leader ready to make an impact? Enginuity Group is looking for a Head of Marketing on a maternity cover contract to shape and deliver our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with our charitable objectives and ambitious business goals. You’ll lead a talented team of marketing specialists, ensuring best practice across digital, social, content, and traditional channels.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies that support business objectives.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
  • Use data and insights to map customer journeys and optimise engagement.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and external agencies for cost‑effective delivery.
  • Oversee content, PR, and SEO strategies to maximise reach and impact.
  • Ensure brand consistency and showcase our presence at key industry events.
  • Analyse performance metrics to refine and improve campaigns continually.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as Head of Marketing/Marketing Manager or similar senior role.
  • Expertise in marketing strategy, digital channels, and analytics.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation.
