This is a new opportunity for an experienced, self-driven General Manager to provide strong leadership, enhance organisational capability, and support the business's long-term strategic direction. As the General Manager, you will:
Lead and develop departmental management teams Oversee operational performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement Drive efficiency, accountability, and structured problem-solving Contribute to strategic planning and long-term business objectives Act as senior contact for key customer relationships Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and health & safety standards

You will have:
