Production Operatives; Day Shift

Production Operatives (Day Shift)- 4 Day week.

Our client, Decora Blind Systems Ltd, a leading global luxury window coverings group, is expanding and this is your chance to be part of their success story!

Based in Lisburn, Decora is seeking Multiple Production Operatives to join their growing and dynamic team on a Permanent basis, in their Hampton Shutters Manufacturing Facility.

• Contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process (building, sawing, prepping, packing, cutting, staining, dispatching, cleaning as and when required by management)
• Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met regarding quality and efficiency

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written
• Legal entitlement to live and work in UK
• Ability to stand for long periods and physical able to carry out tasks.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working towards targets
• Experience of using hand tools, saw experience, joinery and assembly experience

Pay Rate:
Starting at £13 plus £0.50 per hour bonus = £13.50 Per Hour Pay Progression:

After 6 months: £13.25 plus £0.50 per hour bonus = £13.75 Per Hour After 18 months: £13.50 plus £0.50 per hour bonus = £14 Per Hour Overtime Available:

4 Day Week - Rotational Shift Pattern Week 1:
Monday to Wednesday 5am - 3pm, Thursday 5am - 2:30pmWeek 2:
