An Operations Manager will lead and transform operational functions across manufacturing, supply chain, and installation. This strategic, hands‑on leadership role focuses on improving efficiency, productivity, cost, quality, and customer delivery.

• Develop and deliver an operations strategy to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing, planning, procurement, and installation.
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean, OEE, waste reduction, workflow optimisation).
• Own production scheduling and align capacity with demand.
• Improve quality, reducing defects, rework, and non‑conformance.

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations (ideally within construction products or engineered environments).
• Strong track record in improving productivity, OTIF, and operational performance.
• Good understanding of production planning, supply chain, and quality systems.
• Strong communicator with a hands‑on leadership style.

• Degree or HNC/HND in Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence.
