Swindon, Wiltshire Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum Hours :
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 16:45, Friday: 07:30 12:30 40 hours per week About the Opportunity Bolt Technical are recruiting for Cable Harness Assembly Technicians to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing production team supporting new customer projects within highly regulated industries. The role will involve the assembly of high-quality cable harnesses and electrical products, working from technical drawings and specifications within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The company supplies specialist products into industries including aerospace, defence, motor sport, medical, marine, energy, and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities Assemble cable harnesses and electrical products to engineering drawings and specifications Carry out soldering, crimping, wiring, and general electro-mechanical assembly work Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials Complete quality inspections and ensure products meet required standards Identify and report faults, defects, or specification issues during assembly Accurately complete production and quality documentation Use assembly tools and equipment safely and correctly Support continuous improvement and maintain high manufacturing standards What Theyre Looking For Previous experience within an electrical, electronic, or cable assembly environment IPC
