Production Manager About the Role We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Production Assistant to join our busy team in Lisburn. In this role, you will be a core member of our production team, responsible for building and packaging a range of high quality dishes for our retail and wholesale customers. You will follow daily schedules to ensure everything is finished to the strict Carnbrooke standard.
All training will be provided to give you the confidence and skills needed to succeed in the role. What You Will Do Set up your workspace efficiently to handle daily food production and packaging schedules. Carefully package and label finished food products, ensuring strict adherence to standardised specifications and cooling protocols. Follow and understand order sheets accurately to meet the demands of both retail and wholesale customers.
Apply strict safety and hygiene policies as set out by our quality department, including maintaining high levels of personal hygiene. Safely operate packaging machinery Work with a proactive "clean-as-you-go" approach to maintain a pristine, high-standard production environment.
What We Are Looking For A reliable team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality standards. The ability to read, understand, and accurately follow daily order sheets and production schedules. Good organisational skills and a practical, hands-on approach to daily tasks. A strong commitment to workplace hygiene and food safety guidelines.
