General Operative, Ad Plant

Monday
- Friday

Hours of work:
Mon (06:30 - 15:30), Tues
- Friday (07:30-16.30)

Reports to:

Operations Supervisor / Plant Manager

We are looking for a General Operative to join our team at our food waste Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plant. This is a key frontline role in a continuous process environment, responsible for safely and efficiently operating the plant, maximising biogas and power output, and maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and housekeeping.

• Shift Pattern:
  Monday
  - Friday. Hours of work:
  Mon (06:30 - 15:30), Tues
  - Friday (07:30-16.30) dayshift.

• Operate forklift to unload and move materials
• Power washing machinery and dolavs

• Experience in similar experience
• Valid counterbalance forklift licence
• Strong health, safety and environmental awareness.
• Good communication, teamwork
• Desirable: AD/biogas or wastewater experience, relevant qualifications

• Experience in a process plant environment
• Hands-on mechanical / electrical maintenance skills
• Strong health, safety and environmental awareness
