• Proven experience as a fitter or in a similar manufacturing role
• Good understanding of welding, fitting, and assembly techniques
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices in a manufacturing environment
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Assist with fitting, stripping, and welding duties associated with the build and dispatch of containerised engines
• Measure and fit differential pressure hoses accurately
• Complete tagging, cleaning, and painting of sets prior to dispatch
• Help maintain a tidy and safe shop floor environment
• Support team leaders and other departments to ensure production deadlines are met efficiently
