The role reports directly to senior leadership, offering plenty of scope for influence and development. About you NEBOSH Certificate and a minimum Level 3 Health & Safety qualification 3-5 years' experience within manufacturing, engineering, or operational environments Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management systems Experience conducting audits, investigations, and compliance activities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement improvements Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Experience with Q-Pulse or similar systems is desirable but not essential What you'll do Drive continuous improvement of Quality and HSE management systems Monitor compliance with policies, standards, and regulations Advise managers and stakeholders on legislation and best practices Lead internal audits and support external review activities Investigate incidents and non-conformances, ensuring effective corrective actions Produce reports, safety alerts, and performance metrics Support change management and ongoing improvement projects Promote a safety-first culture across the organisation For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Suzanne Lowry at VANRATH for a confidential chat today.
