Product Marketing Manager

We are hiring for our client, a globally recognised and highly innovative organisation within the Industrial rental sector, to appoint a UK Product Marketing Manager, based in Lisburn.

This UK Product Marketing Manager role offers the opportunity to shape market positioning, lead UK go-to-market activity, and influence commercial growth across a fast-evolving retail landscape. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving product marketing strategy and delivering impactful UK campaigns aligned to global direction.

• Develop and own UK product marketing strategy across your own sector
• Shape value propositions, messaging frameworks and proof points
• Lead go-to-market activity for new service launches and campaigns
• Create sales enablement materials and thought leadership content
• Plan and execute UK marketing campaigns and localised assets
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise using data insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Brand, PR and Sales

• 3 years’ B2B product marketing experience
• Strong commercial acumen and customer insight capability
• Proven experience delivering campaigns end-to-end
• Skilled in messaging, positioning and go-to-market planning
• Confident managing stakeholders in a multi-market environment
• Data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools

• £40,000-£45,000 salary + great benefits
