Influencer Partnership Coordinator

Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with excellent digital marketing skills to join our Influencer Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be a clear communicator, have the ability to build and maintain relationships, an outgoing and proactive work ethic and strong problem‑solving skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, has a friendly, outgoing personality and is excited to work along with Social Media creators.

• Develop, network and build relationships with Influencers, partners and wider stakeholders
• Identify, recruit and manage compatible social media influencers to grow sales and the overall business presence. Building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Track deliverables, timelines and campaign performance
• Stay up to date with the latest beauty/content trends and emerging influencers
• Prepare creatives for digital marketing with ability to create individually or work with the graphics team to articulate and deliver effective creatives.
• Excellent written skills – Ensuring attention to detail when writing both internal and external briefs
• Budget management using key metrics to deliver weekly and monthly reports
• Support gifting, contract and payment coordination
• Upkeep of administrative tasks, invoicing and communications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of influencer metrics
• Strong organisation and analytical skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Passionate about beauty products is an advantage
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and organise workload in a fast paced environment to deliver results
