We are hiring for our client, an internationally recognised organisation that combines innovation, technology and design to create solutions that make a meaningful difference to people's everyday lives. Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of content performance across organic social, paid social, influencer activity, blogs and newsletters. The successful candidate will shape the digital content strategy, assess what is working, recommend improvements and lead campaigns supporting product launches and international growth.

Based outside Lisburn, the role offers hybrid and flexible working options, can be full-time, or a four-day working week. This provides an attractive balance between focused digital activity and collaboration with creative colleagues, advertising partners and international teams. Influence how digital content is measured, improved and shared across international markets.

The Role:

Own organic social strategy across Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok and Linked In. Manage the influencer programme and paid social activity. Develop content plans, campaign briefs and weekly blogging briefs. Analyse blog, social and content performance, including traffic, search visibility, engagement and conversions. Lead digital campaigns for product launches and coordinate website content updates. Manage monthly newsletters and report on digital KPIs.

Work with graphic design colleagues and international partners to develop and distribute content.

The Person :
At least 4 years experience in digital marketing, content strategy and social media management. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance data into practical recommendations. Experience managing content calendars, digital campaigns and stakeholder relationships. Excellent written communication and briefing skills. The Rewards:
