A fantastic new job opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home in Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.

This care home provides nursing care for people with complex medical needs and 24-hour nursing dementia and respite care.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.

• Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
• Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
• Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
• Making decisions in a timely manner
• Utilising clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members
• Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times

• Ability to lead a team of care staff
• Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
• A team player who engages well with others
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
• Demonstrate understanding and application of relevant legislation relating to the role
• Ability to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £20.94 per hour (up to £47,910.72 per annum). Permanent vacancies for both day and night shifts are available.
