Senior Landscaper​/Gardener

Our client is seeking a Senior Landscaper/Gardener to join their team based in Lisburn and the surrounding areas. Lead certain jobs/projects independently, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Lead certain jobs/projects independently, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Carry out skilled tasks including pruning trees, trimming hedges, and general plant care
• Set standards on site for work quality, team behaviour and safety
• Work hands-on alongside other gardeners, not just supervise
• Inspect sites and identify any maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the business owner by freeing up time for quoting, client management and planning
• Liaise with clients as needed to maintain excellent service standards
• Train or guide junior team members when required

• Proven experience in garden and grounds maintenance, including domestic and commercial properties
• Skilled in pruning, hedge work at height and plant care
• Ability to take ownership of jobs from start to finish
• Experience leading or supervising small teams
• Strong work ethic; willing to work alongside the team
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in gardening/landscaping
• Professionalism
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
