Quality Manager

Are you a Quality Manager or a Quality Engineer with leadership experience, ready to take the lead in a senior-level role within a highly regulated, precision engineering environment? Were recruiting a Quality Manager, to work with a globally recognised aerospace manufacturing business based in Lincolnshire, operating under a multi-billion-dollar industrial group who are rapidly growing. What Youll Be Doing As Quality Manager, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing a team of 30 quality professionals and owning the site-level QC function.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the training, development, and performance of a large QC team Managing metrology, inspection and GD&T Leading MRB activities and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions activities Driving compliance to AS9100, ISO
9001, AS9102, NADCAP, and ISO
14001 Embedding a quality-first mindset, and continuous improvement activities across engineering, production, and leadership team What Youll Need as Quality Manager: HNC/HND/Apprenticeship/Degree in an Engineering discipline Proven leadership experience in quality within regulated manufacturing, ideally aerospace Deep knowledge of GD&T, metrology and inspection processes Strong expertise in RCA methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa A hands-on leadership style, confident working on the shop floor and engaging at senior levels As Quality Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape long-term quality strategy, and be part of a globally recognised group with strong financial backing and clear progression path.
