Your New Role

Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining quality control systems across manufacturing operations. Working closely with engineering, production, QHSE, and external manufacturing partners, you will ensure products and processes consistently meet required standards while driving improvements across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement quality control processes and inspection methods across production operations.
Define quality standards, specifications, tolerances, and testing requirements for product lines.
Monitor and assess manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Establish inspection, sampling, validation, and testing procedures.
Conduct audits and inspections of materials, processes, equipment, and finished products.
Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous improvement activities to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and external partners to resolve quality concerns.
Maintain accurate quality documentation, records, and reports.
Support product development activities by creating and improving production quality guidelines and work instructions.
Promote a safety-first culture and contribute to quality best practices throughout the organisation.
What You'll Need to Succeed

Previous experience in a Quality Engineer position within manufacturing, engineering, or a related production environment.
Strong understanding of quality systems, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proactive approach with strong planning and organisational skills.
