As one of the fastest growing brands in Northern Ireland, BPerfect Cosmetics are rapidly expanding and are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Brand Experts to join the team. We design, develop and outsource the manufacture of a range of cosmetics that are stocked in over 1800+ retail outlets throughout the UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and a multitude of outlets worldwide.

We create innovative beauty products that are on trend, forward thinking and unique whilst collaborating with some of the best make-up artists in the industry and top beauty influencers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Brand Expert to join Hickey's Pharmacy in Gorey on a part‑time basis. This role will entail promoting and demonstrating BPerfect products to customers, colour matching and upselling various products. The ideal candidate must be outgoing with sales experience and must not be afraid to stop traffic. This role also presents an exciting opportunity for our Brand Experts to branch out and function as support for BPerfect events such as masterclasses, mall events and potential work within our Megastores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by using key selling skills.
• Confidently promote the BPerfect Cosmetics brand, products, and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
• Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
• Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
• Support store operational tasks.
• Support your Team Leaders, Managers, and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.
• Work with and communicate efficiently with the team.

THE INDIVIDUAL

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated team players with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Hickey's Pharmacy will offer a busy and demanding environment. To succeed you will need to be a customer-focused Brand Expert with a positive “can‑do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
