We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and helping customers find the right products for their homes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional service. Assist customers in selecting domestic appliances, bathrooms and home improvement products to suit their needs and budget. Develop strong product knowledge across a range of leading brands. Process sales transactions accurately using the till and point-of-sale systems. Maintain attractive and well-stocked showroom displays. Handle customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person.

Support online and in-store sales activities. Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Assist with stock control, pricing and merchandising. Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience. Essential

Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
