Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You'll deliver top service, manage customer interactions and support a Shop team under the Shop Manager.
The role reports to the Shop Manager, focuses on cash handling, live betting, and driving targets while maintaining shop standards and a welcoming customer experience. Availability includes weekends and late shifts.
