Graduate Sales Administrator

Salary: £28,000 + £2,700 Area Allowance (Total £30,700)

Bonus:
Guaranteed £4,000 in Year 1 (Quarterly Paid)

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to join a fast‑paced, high‑performing commercial team. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the end‑to‑end sales and logistics process, ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers.

The position combines commercial administration, customer communication and logistics coordination, with occasional visits to the warehouse to support stock control and operational improvements.

All travel and accommodation expenses for the initial 4‑week training programme in Milton Keynes are fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer orders via CRM system.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle from quotation to delivery.
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve queries.
  • Ensure delivery commitments are met and proactively manage expectations.
  • Support sales teams with quotation processing and administrative tasks.
Logistics & Operations
  • Coordinate daily distribution processes through CRM systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage stock transfers.
  • Maintain regular communication with warehouse teams.
  • Visit the warehouse to review processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the flow of goods from global parent company to end customers.
Candidate Profile

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Milton Keynes for the initial 4‑week training programme.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Professional, proactive and commercially aware.

Desirable

  • Some prior commercial / office‑based work experience (internships, placements or graduate roles).
