Business Development Manager - Healthcare Division

EHG Pregnancy and Parenting division is seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing global team based in the UK. Reporting to the Healthcare Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business revenues for our growing clinical studies recruitment business. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and results-driven new business generator with a strong understanding of digital media and the clinical studies landscape.

• Identifynewbusinessopportunities,newclientsandnew partnerships.
• Driveincreasedcrossplatformrevenues,includinggrowthofexisting business.
• Cold call as appropriate to ensure the robust development of pipeline and future opportunities.
• Create and facilitate relationships and dialogue with prospective clients within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, both at client direct or their agencies.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.
• Researchandbuildrelationshipswithnew clients.
• Setupmeetingsbetweenclientdecisionmakersandcompany’spracticeleaders/Principals.
• Workwithteamtodevelopproposalsthatspeakstotheclient’sneeds,concerns, and
• objectives.
• Traveltoprospectandclients,agenciesandindustry events.
• liaise with all necessary internalcolleaguestooptimisequalityandcustomersatisfaction.

• Minimumoftwo(2) yearsofsalesexperiencewithin
  
  Clinical
  
  Trials and the Pharmaceutical industries.
• Specific experience in medical education and / or patient recruitment campaigns is preferable.
• Theabilitytosellideas,product sand services.
• Aproventrackrecordofcreatingnewbusinessrelationshipswithbothagenciesand clients.
• Competentknowledgeofthedigitalanddatalandscapeandbusinessis preferred.
• Abilitytoassessmarkets,customers,competitors, andprospectsbyuncoveringand understanding opportunities, needs, and challenges.
• Highly organized,withtheabilitytomanagemultipletasksandprioritiessimultaneously.
• Collaborativeandateamplayer,workingacrossinternalandexternal teams.

• Office (Maidenhead) - 3 days a week
• WFH – 2 days a week
