Internal Sales Executive

Permanent Internal Sales Executive required for Lisburn. Duties will include:
Outbound telephone and email sales promoting existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock Upselling on telephone calls and maximising the value of the orders Create and review sales data drills and communicate the information with the Field Sales Representatives and Sales Office team Processing telephone and email orders Generate sales orders, sales quotations, invoices and statements Create purchase orders for one-off / special sales orders Liaise with customers to inform them of any price discrepancies on orders, stock availability issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary Internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives Provide after sales support to customers, contractors, and end users Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events

Essential Criteria :
Previous internal sales experience Excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team and Independently to include using your own initiative to make informed decisions

Experience of intact a distinct advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) A desire to learn about our products and systems Salary: £30,000 (DOE) Hours of Work:
