Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator Lisburn Mon Thu: 8.30am 5pm Fri: 8.30am 4pm Salary:
Up to £27k We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing supplier within the plumbing and bathroom industry for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their busy sales office in Lisburn. Role:
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Prepare and process sales quotations and customer orders. Make outbound sales calls to promote existing and new product ranges. Manage stock availability queries, recommend suitable alternatives, and identify upselling opportunities. Provide day-to-day support to the external sales team. Handle pricing, invoice, and after-sales enquiries professionally. Supply customers with proof of delivery documentation and copy invoices when required.

Produce sales reports and assist with sales analysis. Represent the business at trade shows and industry events when required. Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales and customer service role. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
