Telesales Advisor (Renewable Energy Advisor) Immediate Start Available Power IQ Ltd | Lisburn, County Antrim | Permanent, Full-Time £25,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £35,000 £ 40,000+) About Us Power IQ is a leading solar installation company based in Lisburn, specialising in renewable energy solutions for homes and businesses across Northern Ireland. As demand for solar continues to grow, we're expanding our sales team and we're looking to fill this role immediately.

The Role We're seeking an enthusiastic, target-driven Telesales Advisor to join our growing team. This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be speaking to warm leads who have already expressed an interest in solar through our own marketing campaigns and online enquiries. Day to day, you will:
Call warm, internally generated leads no cold lists, no door knocking Carry out in-depth pre-qualification calls to assess a customer's suitability for solar PV and battery storage Explain the benefits of solar energy and what Power IQ offers in a clear, engaging way Book qualified leads into survey appointments for our field sales team Keep accurate, detailed records of every call and outcome in our bespoke CRM Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including daily call and appointment targets Deliver excellent customer service from the very first conversation What We're Looking For Previous experience in telesales, contact centres or appointment setting (highly desirable) A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Genuine motivation to hit targets and earn commission Comfortable using CRM systems and everyday IT tools An interest in renewable energy is a plus full training is provided
