Sales Development Representative (SME / SaaS / Fintech) £30k basic OTE £50k (uncapped) Bradford | 2 days office Major IT are delighted to be working with a leading software as a service business based within an easy commute of Leeds and Bradford and easily accessible by rail with just a short walk from the train station. You will be working for a well-established business with over 15 years industry experience within the Know your customer (KYC) and Anti-money laundering (AML) market.

Leading the way in the financial tech space, my client has successfully achieved year on year growth across UK and international markets, achieving in excess of £30m last year with plans for exceptional growth over the next 5 years. As a dynamic SME sales executive you will be driving sales revenue within the AML solutions market with a proven background within a fintech or software as a service environment.

You will have demonstrable experience identifying new market opportunities within a small to medium tier regulated and unregulated space and a proven record achieving £150k sales targets annually. This role would typically suit someone already working in a similar business to business, sales representative or BDR position, having worked within the SME market. This is an opportunity to build on your financial and sales driven knowledge with realistic on target earnings including uncapped commission.

This role does require a minimum of 12 months experience within a similar sales discipline with a clear understanding of AML solutions and ICP accounts, including regulatory and compliance processes, typically expected of working within the finance sector.
