Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Job Description OTE £35k We’re hiring two Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join our successful Mann teams in Rochester and Gravesend. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to build a long-term career in financial services. No mortgage experience is required, but you must have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues. Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities. Develop an understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training. Support customers throughout their home-buying journey. Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets. Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor. Skills & Experience Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, ambitious and career-focused. Strong customer service skills and a professional approach. Organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
